Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Para Equestrian Ireland will be held on 9th November 2024 at the Green Isle Hotel, St John's Dr, Newlands Cross, Dublin 22 at 11am.
zoom attendance is allowed to facilitate members who may have difficulty in attending in person
Proxy votes are only used in items that need a closed vote when they would be submitted in person to the meeting
If the member has a valid reason as to why they cannot attend either by zoom or in person and apply to the board of PEI then PEI will consider sending a proxy vote form to the member.
The person nominated on the proxy form would need to attend the meeting in person and MUST be a member
