Will be punlished once available. Any requests around times must be put in with your entry online in the notes section. While all requests will be considered and accommodated if possible, we cannot promise anything.  

Please Note:

  • Entries will close on Sunday 1/12/24 at 23.45pm
  • We will not be able to accept any late entries for this show. 
  • Withdrawal with refund only when received by email to 3rd December 
  • Christmas attire permitted for all classes! Tack and safety rules apply as normal. No flapping costumes please. Best turned out will be judged on the day. 
  • Freestyle championship prizes provided we have more than four entries! Group A preliminary to Elem inc Para I-IV, Group B Trailblazers, Group C Medium to PSG  inc Para Grade V. Your music doesnt have to be Christmas music. All freestyle classes will be based on BD freestyle tests Intro to PSG. These can be purchased from BD or on Test Pro app. Freestyle will take place in the indoor arena. 
  • Judges include Bernie Foley, Michael Moore, Alison Thorne, Dermot Cannon, Jillie Rogers

Leagues

This show is the final  of our Autumn / Winter League. To be eligible, you just need to do one leg and the final. 

Photography

Louise O'Brien Equestrian Photography will be our official photographer on the day. No one else may take commercial photos on the day. 

Catering

Catering will be available on the day through the Coilog Arena cafe.
