Protocol for limited exemption from Dressage Ireland National Training for Judges
Judges, who attend either FEI (Eventing or Dressage) or British Dressage (BD) sanctioned training, may apply to the Judges' Committee for exemption from National Training in order to remain on the Dressage Ireland Judges List, provided they submit the following:
- Advance notice to the Judges Committee of the date, venue, syllabus and trainer of the FEI or BD judge training/course for approval by the Judges Committee.
- If approved, a certificate of completion of the training/course, signed or stamped, issued by the organising body.
- Administration Fee of €20.00.
This will be retrospective for 2013 only and also to all future applications for prior approval for upcoming FEI and BD judges training; provided the above items are submitted to the Judges committee in a timely manner i.e. at least seven days before the next scheduled Dressage Ireland Board meeting (contact DI Secretary for date).
Judges in danger of being de-listed will, in future, receive a letter by registered post no later than two weeks prior to de-listing, informing them of such, to which they may reply or appeal to the Board.
